1. Identified 10 Inter-professional Education sites for Community Based Education

2. Conducted three Community Based Education trainings which increased IPE from 180 to 637 Under Graduate Students

3. Developed seven Chronic Care Conditions Modules on

• 3.1 Human Immune-deficiency Virus (HIV)
• 3.2 Tuberculosis (TB)
• 3.3 Diabetes Mellitus (DM)
• 3.4 Cervical Cancer
• 3.5 Prostate Cancer
• 3.6 Hypertension
• 3.7 Stroke.

4. Piloted the developed multidisciplinary chronic care conditions modules for undergraduate students at a 3 day workshop attended by 97 Medical, Nursing and Physiotherapy students and eight facilitators.

5. Adjusted the Chronic Care Conditions Modules based on feedback from participants and Facilitators.

6. Incorporated changes to the IPE CBE reviewed course into the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) curricula.
