2. Reviewed the MBChB and BScN programs embedding IPE implementation Science approaches to enhance research training and best evidence based practices. Significantly, the process reduced the training from 7 to 6 years for MBChB and BSc Nursing from 5 to 4 years.
3. The MBChB and BScN Curricula have been implemented and accredited to all regulatory bodies. This has resulted in the increased admissions in the MBChB program from 230 to 1700 in 2021/22 academic year.
4. Developed 9 modules for Leadership and Management training programme
5. Trained 40 faculty from two universities i.e. University of Zambia and Mulungushi University. Four different schools from University of Zambia (Schools of Public Health, Health Sciences, Medicine and Nursing Sciences) and two schools from Mulungushi University (School of Medicine and Nursing Sciences) were involved in Leadership and Management training.
6. Trained 24 faculty from 4 different Schools in Mentorship. More than 2000 Undergraduate and 550 Postgraduate students benefit from the mentorship of trained lecturers.
